Lee's Brewery three vessel brewing system utilizes three natural gas burners. The burners, made by Superb Cooking Products, are normally configured for LP gas, but were modified to support natural gas by Precision Brewing Systems. The burners include a brass flame control valve as well as a shutter to control the air mix. Although the burners burn cleanly, adequate ventilation is a must. Lee's Brewery also uses a carbon monoxide detector (shown below right) to monitor CO levels when brewing. We recommend anyone who brews indoors with gas burners monitor their CO levels as well. And please have a professional plumber install the natural gas lines to the burners!
